2 (15oz) can of beans (navy, pinto, or kidney)
1 pound cottage Cheese, large curd
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons chili sauce
¼ cup onion, coarse chopped
¼ cup sweet relish
1 cup bacon, cooked, coarse crumble
½ teaspoon pepper, black
1. Drain and rinse beans.
2. In a food processor or blender, add ingredients.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Transfer to serving container(s), refrigerate immediately.
NOTE: Serving ideas – Stuff celery, individual portions with carrots, corn chips or crackers, salad bar, or base for vegetable wraps.
